Special Measures Concerning COVID-19
Return periods are extended as a result of the impact of COVID-19.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days, however due to transportation issues caused by COVID-19, the return period is extended by 15 days and the arrival date of the return is 45 days from the date of purchase.
We accept the return of unused products within 14 days of delivery. For damaged or defective products that have been opened, please promptly contact us with details and photos of the defect or damage to the outer box. Please note that exchanges are limited to unused products only. Used products cannot be exchanged.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. In addition, the product must be received by Anaori within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for when there are delays due to customs.
• Returns must be unused and all parts, including the cosmetics box, must be in like-new condition.
• Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
How to Return or Exchange Products
• Start a return or exchange
Contact customer support via email or chat within 14 days of receiving the product for an explanation and response regarding the return procedure.
• Choose a shipping method
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping, and that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Pack the return
Please use the original shipping box or prepare another box. The product should be packaged similar to how it was received.
We may not be able to accept the return if the product is sent back without appropriate packing.
• Getting refunded
Refunds can be received either through the original payment method or through store credit. Once we have received the returned product, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. As processing times vary by payment provider, refunds to the original payment method may take 10 business days before it appears in your account. If the refund isn't received after a few days, please contact customer service. Refunds in the form of store credit will be reflected in your Anaori account immediately after processing. Store credits go to the account that was used for the purchase.
